Rare Vintage paper and metal Old Spice advertising sign needs restoration

  
This is a fabulous Rare Vintage advertising sign. The advert is shiny paper on a metal and cardboard backing mount. Features the classic Old Spice aftershave. Please see pics and video for condition description there are a couple of significant tears.

It feels like the interior metal has rusted and started flaking so this would probably benefit from remounting to preserve it.
