Vintage Rare Bendix P&D Ignition Parts Metal Cabinet Service Station Wall Mount

  

Description/Item Details : L isting is for a used original vintage rare Bendix P&D Ignition Parts Metal Floor Standup or Wall Mount Cabinet with key & lock cylinder (see photos) & storage shelves. Blue and white in color with black lettering.

This is a very well built solid cabinet. There is a old Champion Spark Plug advertisement on the inside of the door Form # 5ST 374100.

My dad believes this was from late 1960's to 1970's. 28-3/4" tall by 20-1/2" wide by 8-1/2 deep. I will be listing a lot of great stuff this year and have over 300 things ready to list. Condition: Other than the obvious paint issues this cabinet is in very nice overall condition. Obviously there is missing paint, some extra white paint on the edge, scratches, run marks/blemishes in the paint, etc.

In the one picture you can see there a couple of bigger dents in the lower right hand side on the side which may pop out easily I didn't try. The lock cylinder was drilled out because the key was broke off in the lock cylinder and the door would not open so you will need a new key and lock cylinder. The shelves are in very nice condition. The lettering is pretty nice overall other than some scratches here and there. Other than these flaws the rest of the cabinet is in very nice to excellent overall condition.

On a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being perfect I would rate this cabinet a 6.5 to 7.0 with the majority of the points docking being from paint issues with about the only other flaws being then dents on the lower right side, lock cylinder drilled out and broken key. If you don't count the paint issues & broken key I would rate it a 9.0 for the dents and lock cylinder. If you return something do not lie about the reason you are returning it or I will report you and you won't get a way with it much longer.
