Vintage/retro/rare Cunard Line metal trunk/steamer - Queen Mary. The TMS queen mary was owned by Cunard White Star Line. If only this trunk could talk! The Cunard sticker states that for one journey at least on May 17th it went from New York to Southampton and the trunk belonged to Hugh and Rebecca Taylor of 103 Ballgimartin Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland. What an absolutely stunning little piece of history.
Complete with original paper lining. Original leather handle still very much intact. Stunning sage green in colour. This beautiful trunk obviously shows signs of being well traveled but the original handles and latches etc have stood the test of time - please see pics as they form part of the description and please message with any other questions. Could be used for a number of uses, storage, coffee table, blanket or towel box- the list is endless.
